Membership Term & Billing

• Memberships require a minimum three-month commitment (“Initial Term”).

   

• After the Initial Term, memberships automatically renew month-to-month until canceled.

   

• Monthly membership fees are automatically billed to the credit/debit card on file.

   

• Recurring billing continues until a cancellation request is submitted and processed.

   

• Pure V Spa reserves the right to adjust membership pricing, service offerings, or benefits with 30 days’ notice.

   

• Members are responsible for maintaining current billing and contact information with Pure V Spa. Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits until resolved.

Monthly Services

• Each membership includes one (1) service per month as described in your plan.

   

• Services include: Brazilian Wax, Vajacial + Brazilian Combo, or Whole Vagina Bleaching + Brazilian Wax, depending on membership tier.

   

• ***Services do  roll over; unused monthly services are forfeited if not redeemed within the active billing month.

   

• Membership services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   

• Pure V Spa reserves the right to provide equivalent services if a specific service is unavailable.

   

Discounts, Extras & VIP Perks

• Memberships include discounts on additional services and retail items while active.

   

• Discounts apply to regularly priced services only and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

   

• Extras, VIP early access to new services or events, and other promotional perks are valid only during active membership.

   

• Perks such as Full Body Wax Specials or retail discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed after membership cancellation or expiration.

   

• Pure V Spa reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any perk at its discretion.

   

Birthday & Promotional Gifts

• Birthday gifts, credits, and special offers must be redeemed within the member’s birthday month.

   

• Unused birthday or promotional perks expire at the end of the month and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

   

• Certain perks, such as the Bestie Glow Pass, are subject to eligibility and use restrictions as outlined in membership details.

   

Transferability

• Membership benefits are generally non-transferable.

   

• Certain promotional passes (e.g., Bestie Glow Pass) may be shared with friends under the terms outlined for that benefit.

   

• Recipients of transferred perks must meet eligibility requirements and may not be active members.

   

Cancellations & Holds

• Memberships may be canceled after the initial 3-month term.

   

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or in-person.

   

• Cancellations take effect 30 days after the request is received, during which monthly billing continues.

   

• No refunds or credits will be issued for unused services, discounts, or perks.

   

• Membership holds are not standard, but may be approved at management’s discretion for medical or exceptional circumstances. No services, discounts, or benefits accrue during hold periods.

   

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed (“no-show”) result in forfeiture of that month’s service.

   

• Repeated no-shows may result in membership suspension or termination.

   

• Members are encouraged to schedule in advance to ensure service availability.

   

Termination by Pure V Spa

Pure V Spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Misuse or abuse of membership benefits

   

• Repeated missed appointments

   

• Unsatisfactory payment history

   

• Violation of spa policies or professional conduct standards

   

Termination does not entitle members to refunds for any unused services or benefits.

Communication & Notifications

By enrolling, members consent to receive:

• Appointment reminders

   

• Membership updates

   

• Promotional messages via email or text

   

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to enroll in membership.

Use of Personal Information

• Members agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information for billing and identification purposes.

   

• Pure V Spa may use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the website.

   

• Changes to contact or payment information must be submitted promptly to ensure uninterrupted membership benefits.

   

General Terms

• Memberships are for future services and carry inherent risk if services are unused due to business closure or relocation.

   

• Services may be provided by the Pure V Spa team at professional discretion.

   

• Pure V Spa may modify membership structure, benefits, or pricing at its discretion, provided changes do not materially reduce overall value.

By enrolling in a Pure V Spa membership, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older

   

• You have read and understand this agreement

   

• You agree to all membership terms and policies

   

• You accept responsibility for managing your membership and using your benefits
