Appointment Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all services totaling over $50.

Deposits are applied toward your service.

Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed and may be released.

We do offer Walkins but it’s not a guarantee service depending on the booking site .

 Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Arrivals 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service to stay on schedule or may be canceled depending on the service schedule . 

Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be canceled . 

Same‑Day Appointments

Same‑day bookings require 30% deposit of service 

Same‑day appointments are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

Same day reschedule is Full Payment to reschedule

Rescheduling Policy

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with 24 hours’ notice.

Reschedules made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit or full prepayment.

Appointments can only be rescheduled  2 weeks out 

Refund Policy

All services are final sale.

No refunds are issued for completed services.

If you are unsatisfied, concerns must be communicated before leaving the spa so we may address them immediately.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Cancellation Policy

-We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.

-Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

-Same‑day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive without notice is considered a no-show.

A first no-show will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

A second no-show will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.

Rebooking after any no-show requires full prepayment.

After three (3) no-shows, clients will no longer be able to book online. All future appointments must be scheduled by phone and paid in full at the time of booking.

Membership & Packages Policy

Memberships and packages are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

Missed appointments under a membership are subject to the same cancellation and no‑show policies.

Payments & Chargebacks

We accept major cards and approved digital payments.

Any disputed charges or chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of booking privileges until resolved.

Retail Policy

No refunds are offered on purchased products.

Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.

Giftcard Policy

No refunds are available on gift certificate purchases.

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this timeframe.

Children Policy

At Pure V Spa , we adore babies and children, but we kindly ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. This helps ensure the safety of your little ones and creates a relaxing atmosphere for all our clients. 

Pet Policy

While we love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your pet at home during your visit to Pure V Spa. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our facility. To prevent any disruptions or inconveniences, we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
